  • What is the minimum age requirement to rent a car from Norwegian overland?

    The minimum age requirement is 21 years old.

  • Are there any restrictions on where I can drive the rental car?

    Rental cars are not allowed to be driven outside of Norway.

  • What forms of payment do you accept?

    We accept major credit cards and debit cards.

  • Are there any additional documents I need to provide at the time of rental?

    You will need to provide a valid driver's license and a credit card in the name of the primary driver.

  • Do you offer insurance for the rental cars?

    Yes, we offer insurance options for our rental cars. Please inquire at the time of rental for more information.

  • What types of electric overland cars do you rent out?

    We are focussed on eco-friendly travelling and our cars are all Maxus T90 EV electric pickup. 


    Maxus T90 EV is a large electric pickup with five seats, a robust appearance, and a fully equipped list of features. It comes with 88.5 kWh net battery capacity which provides a range of 330 km (WLTP combined). With a payload of 1,000 kg and the possibility of a trailer hitch, it is very suitable as a family and lifestyle car.

  • How do I charge the electric car during my trip?

    Charging electric cars in Norway is very easy. Basically every small town and village has got fast chargers.

  • Can I drive the electric car outside of Norway?

    No.

  • Is insurance included in the rental price?

    Yes

    We provide drop off and pickup between Stavanger and Kristiansand, and have our main office in Sirdal.
